One More Year Before The Decade Ends!
At least for me. A lot of fun and a lot of food!
This past weekend I turned 40 - 1. Ooof. One more year in my thirties which is a bit of a existential challenge. I plan on pushing forward this year, but I admit it feels a little bittersweet.
However, on the sweetness side…My husband made us homemade ramen. We use pork neck bones to make the broth, order rare Japanese seasonings and pork belly.
